Nail Haven & Spa Booking Policy


We require 24-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments.

Clients can cancel appointments by using the website, by calling the salon and speaking with front desk during business hours: (210) 698-4888

Clients cancelling appointments with less than 24-hour notice WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THEIR SERVICE FEE.

Covid-19 Changes

We have made some changes due to COVID-19 and here is how it will affect you:

All clients and employees must wear proper PPE. NO PPE, NO APPOINTMENT, NO EXCEPTIONS! We will be cleaning our stations in between clients, and will be limiting the number of clients that we accommodate in the salon at one time. As you know our space is very small, so in an effort to keep everyone alive and safe we ask that you follow our Rules. Please come to your appointment on time. A late appointment will be rescheduled for the next available time slot. If you come to an appointment early we ask that you let us know that you've arrived, then proceed to wait outside or in your car until your technician is ready for you.

Late Arrivals

We ask that clients call the salon and notify us if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment.

If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and their spot will be reopened and made available for clients wanting to book.

Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining time. If this happens, the full cost of the service will still apply.

No Shows

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price. They will also be required to attach a credit card to their file to book future appointments on our website.

Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.

Credit Cards

Our salon requires a credit card on file for all scheduled appts. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This is a non-negotiable. After services are rendered we prefer that you pay in cash.

No child(ren)

In order to preserve the salon experience for all clients, we ask that you not bring your children with you to your appointment. If you bring your child(ren) with you, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Service Refunds

Our salon does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered. We do have a 4-day policy in place on services in which a client can come back and have corrections made or receive salon credit on technical errors. This only applies to Nail Services (Excluding Hair & Depilatory Services).
